The Maternal and Child Health Branch seeks to partner with an organization that serves youth and can deliver culturally rooted, place-based programming that strengthens leadership skills, personal development, and community connection, with a focus on expanding opportunities for adolescents in under-resourced areas such as Oahu's Leeward side.
