This project consists of demolishing existing pavement and subsurface of the parking lot which is approximately 13,000 sqft going 9" down and installing the same square footing (3250 cubic feet) of State-Mix IV hot-mix asphalt (HMA) on top of new base course (6500 cubic feet). Installation is to be conducted per Project Plans sections (see 1.2 & 1.3) of this scope of work.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to: 1) Excavating approximately 9,750 CF of existing pavement and course material, 2) Prepping and installing approximately 6,500 CF base course and compacting to grade indicated on drawings 3) Applying a layer of tack coat (bitumen-based) 4) Paving a 3" thick layer of HMA (~3250 CF of State Mix IV) 5) Painting the parking lines and stop sign line 6) Installing new stop sign on island shown on drawings. Grading all terrain so runoff drains towards the two drain inlets
