* Remove five (5) existing air conditioning systems. * Recover and properly dispose of refrigerant in accordance with applicable regulations. * Remove and dispose of existing indoor and outdoor equipment. * Furnish and install six (6) new ductless mini-split heat pump systems. * Install or replace refrigerant line sets, insulated piping, condensate drains, and communication/control wiring as required. * Mount and secure indoor and outdoor units. * Complete evacuation, refrigerant charging, startup, commissioning, balancing, and operational testing. * Provide final cleanup and deliver warranty documentation, operating manuals, and manufacturer literature.
